2019 Main Stage Show Information

Musicals at Richter performance tickets purchased online are "final sale." Tickets purchased online are not refundable in any case.

For tickets purchased at the box office:

We realize that we are an outdoor venue and we regret that we're subject to weather-related delays and or cancellations.

1. If a show is cancelled before intermission for any reason, tickets are valid for use at any future Musicals at Richter show within one year of the date of the show. In this case, tickets are not refundable.

2. When a show is presented past intermission, Musicals at Richter is charged for a full performance by our copyrighting partners. Tickets for these shows are considered "used" and are not valid for any other performances, nor are they eligible for refund.
